Refunds & exchanges
Our policy for wigs and hairpieces purchased from LSH, in store or online.
Unused hair only
Returned hair must be in its original, resalable condition. We can only accept items that could reasonably be sold again.
10 working days
Whether you bought in store or online, you may request an exchange within 10 working days of purchase.
What we need from you
To qualify for an exchange, items must meet all of the following:
- Unused and unworn
- Undamaged
- In original packaging
Customised wig orders
Refunds and exchanges are not permitted on customised wig orders, as these are made specifically for you.
Returns collection
We arrange a courier to collect your return from your address, so the process is quick and easy. You do not need to pay any delivery charges for the return.
